Metal Halide Bulbs are high-intensity discharge (HID) lamps that produce light by arching electricity through a mixture of gases. The light produced by MH lamps is in the white-blue spectrum, which encourages vegetative growth and "bushiness" while discouraging upward growth. This is the lamp to use in the vegetative phase of plant growth. One year warranty.
